Our Melbourne CBD office is looking for a enthusiastic, self motivated individual to join our creative web development team.

To be elegible for this position you must be able to create database driven websites, manipulate graphics in Fireworks or PhotoShop, work with Macromedia Dreamweaver and have experience in PHP, MYSQL, Javascript and CSS.

We mainly develop custom CMS (Content Management System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management Systems) type of websites.
We also Install and customize Cube Cart Online Stores and provide several mods for cube cart 3 and 4 to help business owners run their businesses smother.

Our hours are flexible, and we work between 9:00 am and 6:30 pm Monday to Friday.

The pay is based on experience, obviously the more experience you have the more you get paid.

We are looking for someone with:

Approximately 3 years commercial PHP & MySQL Development experience

Strong track record of working with PHP MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML/CSS and W3C compliant web development design
Working Knowledge of PEAR modules
Working Knowledge of OpenSource CMS, Shopping Carts & CRMS – A BIG PLUS!
Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands using VI - A HUGE PLUS!

Highly motivated, efficient and well organised
You must work well in a team environment but also be able to work independently
An ability to work within project deadlines
Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Written and spoken
